Classic Kickboxing my a**

This Saturday morning I got roped (get it?) into taking a class at Classic Kickboxing in Old Town Pasadena.  This Sunday morning I can't walk.  Getting out of bed was not the easiest thing either.

Next Saturday morning?  I'm there!  It rocks.  It kicks your butt.  Punching and kicking the bag?  Fantastic for anything you need to work out.  Mauricio consulted on "Million Dollar Baby" and he knows a thing or two about boxing.  In an aside - I worked on the moving doing Costumes.  So it's a match made in heaven - or hell when I'm dripping sweat and can't walk the next day...
