OMG.  First time in 40 years this upper unit at the Gregory Ain Avenel Coop is for sale.  $595,000 worth of fabulosity.  This building is crazy good.

If anyone would like to see it, I'd be happy to show it!

Great Mid-Century in Kinneloa Canyon just came on the market.

I previewed this David A. Lopez AIA, designed 1957 home yesterday and it is great.  Needs some updating, but mostly original and in excellent condition.  Absolutely love the aggregate walkway that goes from exterior front through the house and back outside.  Awesome.  I also happen to have that at my mid-century duplex so I'm a fan.

Offered at $865,000.  2,018 sq ft (assessor), 27,221 lot (Assessor)
3 beds/2 baths and a den

If you're interested in viewing it - just give me a call.

Trapped in time?

A 1958 MCM in Brentwood on 780 Teakwood Road that has all it's original furniture.  If Curbed LA says it's trapped in time, then why do I want the furniture?  Does that make me trapped in time?!
